All Point Welcomes Three New Employees to the Team!

We are thrilled to announce the addition of three new talents to the All Point Retail team! Please join us in welcoming William Giron, Anton Lanakievm and Jacob Moss!

William Giron

William Giron joins All Point Retail as our new Desktop Implementation specialist. Originally from Colombia, William has spent the past 15 years in the United States, bringing with him a wealth of experience in IT healthcare. In his new role, William is responsible for ensuring that all devices are set up for seamless plug-and-play functionality, providing our clients with hassle-free technology solutions.

William is particularly excited about the opportunity to work directly with new clients and traveling to meet them. This role not only allows him to apply his technical skills but also to engage with clients on a personal level, which he finds immensely rewarding. This year, William aims to obtain certifications in Network and Asher, and he is determined to grow both personally and professionally.

Outside of his professional pursuits, William has a passion for soccer and video games, which provide him with a perfect balance between work and leisure. His technical expertise, combined with his enthusiasm for client interaction, makes William a fantastic addition to the All Point Retail team.

Anton Lanakiev

Anton Lanakiev brings a rich and diverse background to his new role as Tier IT Engineer at All Point Retail. Originally from Bulgaria, Anton moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, at the age of seven. He spent 19 years there before living in Sarasota and Colorado.

Anton’s journey in IT is marked by his extensive experience, covering everything from Tier 1 to Tier 2 support. He is excited about the comprehensive troubleshooting responsibilities this role entails, ensuring that one person is on point to handle it all.
