Meet Casey Lucas: Our New Senior Controller from Mt. Airy, Maryland

All Point is thrilled to welcome Casey Lucas to our team as our new Senior Controller.

Casey hails from Mt. Airy, Maryland, and brings a wealth of experience in the world of accounting and finance. With over 35 years of accounting expertise and more than 20 years of experience as a Controller, Casey is well-equipped to take on this crucial role in our organization.

Embracing a Vital Role at All Point Retail

So, what excited Casey about joining the team? For her, it’s all about streamlining and efficiency. Casey has seen too many businesses struggle unnecessarily because they don’t understand how to rejigger internal accounting processes and workflows to get the most out of the hours at hand–just like our clients, right? As All Point continues to grow, she’s excited to amp up our automation to handle the increasing volume of invoices and credit card transactions, which will make life easier for our clients.

Setting Goals for Success in 2023 and Beyond

One of Casey’s key goals for this year is to work on job costing and fine-tune it for better performance. With her extensive experience, she’ll be instrumental in ensuring that All Point meets its goals and continues to provide top-notch services to our clients.

Leveraging a Wealth of Experience for Client Benefits

Casey is a certified QuickBooks expert and her background spans various verticals, including defense contracting, manufacturing, engineering, construction, leasing, and the hotel and restaurant sectors.  She’s also a team player, always ready to lend a hand where needed, and she knows how to lighten the mood with her sense of humor and creativity.

On the Personal Front? Pedals, Pages, and Pacifiers!

Outside of work, Casey has some interesting hobbies and interests. She’s an avid cyclist, often joining a group of women for early morning rides. She’s participated in cycling events like the Women on Wheels (WOW) ride and the Gran Fondo Sarasota for Team Tony. Casey is also part of a book club called Read between the Wines, where they not only discuss books but also enjoy theme dinners and decorations. Most importantly, Casey recently became a GiGi, welcoming her granddaughter Makenna into the world, which has brought immense joy to her life.
