Please give a warm welcome to Wolfgang Rochlitz, our newest Client Success Manager! Originally from Denver, Colorado, he’s now settled in Kansas City.
His journey through retail has been quite the adventure! For 8+ years, he’s been helping retailers make data-driven decisions by advising on their POS and inventory management systems, implementing new mobile solutions, simplifying reporting, and finding easy customer tracking options.
What got Wolfgang excited about joining us?
As Wolfgang steps into his role as Client Success Manager, his mission is to immerse himself fully in the intricacies of our operations, forging meaningful connections with all of our clients and team members along the way. He has a real passion for making a tangible difference for businesses, and armed with his treasure trove of retail wisdom, we’re sure that he will!
But Wolfgang’s not just about work…
He’s got a whole array of interests that make him a fascinating addition to our crew. From his interest in sailing vessels, to his artistic endeavors in painting miniatures, Wolfgang’s hobbies add an extra layer of depth to his vibrant personality. And let’s not forget his love for literature, especially Chinese poetry, and his quest to try new food from around the world.

The first time Wolfgang encountered this quote, it felt intimidating, like a constant pressure to excel. But as he delved deeper into its meaning, he found it to be super encouraging. It reminded him to appreciate the sincere, intelligent, and intentional actions of both himself and his peers. After all, greatness often lies in the small accomplishments that surround us, and recognizing them is key to fostering a culture of excellence.
